Honda Accord sedan charge indicator does not go out
A Honda Accord 2.3L sedan, sensational machine charging indicator does not go out after starting, the vehicle has been in charge indicator lights, battery-free power loss feeling.
Troubleshooting:
(A) Failure Cause Analysis
The car is integral generator, if the battery does not lose power, then the normal power generator, charging DS17 Infineon Tricore Boot Reader indicator light does not go out of the possible causes, mainly the charge indicator circuit shorted; within the generator voltage regulator short circuit.
(2) Troubleshooting Methods
Measured with a multimeter DC voltage profile battery voltage, as 12.2V, normal; after starting the engine acceleration, the engine speed stabilized at 2000r / min or so, the battery voltage is measured 14. 5 V, described generators properly.
Turn the ignition switch after the engine stalled, will lead the generator plug unplug (4 core), and then turn the ignition switch, the charging light is not on, indicating that the generator has an internal short circuit faults.
(3) failure treatment measures
Removing the generator, after the disintegration of the replacement of the voltage regulator, charge can clip indicator work back to normal, troubleshooting.

Toyota Corolla car can not be a cold start

Subaru Outback not start after flameout

At this point we doubt whether there is poor contact TCM itself inside the phenomenon exists, but did not because of the site which models TCM, so had to relay and TCM loading, try a hand car diagnsotic tool to shake these two components were tested, shaking and tapping TCM, failure did not occur, but beat the relay when, AT OIL suddenly lit on the instrument, then immediately turn off the engine while the vehicle can not be started again.
Then you can say to the failed component was finally determined, that is the relay inside the TCM has a loose place, when after a bumpy road this failure phenomenon will occur. Replacing a relay troubleshooting.
Failure Summary: regular maintenance in the mouth, when faced some failure, failure to follow judge's logic, especially when there has been relatively clear diagnostic trouble codes do reference, do not be ignored.
In this case because of maintenance technicians with experience from start machine "da da" sound, derived battery failure, so take a detour.
