Change mileage in EDC16 ECU in 2005 Audi A4 b7,which tool can use?

Here is some several pieces of working odometer correction tool in EDC16 ECU in 2005 Audi A4 b7  for based real user's experience,Thanks all  experience from mhhauto.com  forum member.

car modele and year:

EDC16 ECU in 2005 Audi A4 2.0TDI 140cv

Objective:

Change the mileage

Tools options:

NO1:Carprog Full v9.31/ v8.21 tested ok .

NO2:VAG DASH CAN 5.29

Note :i would recommend you to not open ecu or you will damage it .you need to have experience to do do that ,get vag dash can 5.29 and you will finish the job.

NO3: BDM100 ECU Programmer

Safe way to open and do the job with BDM ,Older version could fail with your ecu.Tt is hard to damage EDC 16 during opening when you are a little bit careful,you don't have to lift PCB,only remove the cover .Not the hard way like MB EDC 16.

NO4:Cheap V4.94 Digiprog III Digiprog 3 Odometer Programmer with OBD2 Cable

So finally i've opened the ECU (sick job hahah) and desoldered the S95320 eeprom for reading with digiprog clone. It's seems to read it fine.

I think ill make another post from opening the ECU to guide the people that have to do that.

Using these pictures you can erase airbag “on the table” – you must connect GND, +12V,

and Diagnostic line between airbag sensor and BMW Airbag Eraser, connect power supply to GND and +12V and use Eraser like in the car. After erasing don’t connect power supply again – BMW airbag sensor is very sensitive and can write “controller malfunction” error after connection on the table without car.
